Here is a map of the Quecreek Mine.
The Miners of Quecreek breached The Saxman Coal & Coke Company's Harrison #2 Mine at approximately the coordinate of 03211, which can be seen on the enlarged section of the Quecreek Mine Map.
The 1964 map of The Saxman Coal & Coke Company's Harrison #2 Mine was donated to the Windber Coal Heritage Center prior to the Quecreek accident. The importance of the map was recognized by Mine Safety and Health Administration investigators and is now part of their ongoing investigation.
